I'm currently trying to get recommendations from anyone who's had a good experience with an English speaking contractor. I've just bought an apartment and am keen to use a local contractor who is reliable, reasonable, and doesn't charge expat-geared silly rates.

I can highly recomend a contractor called Patrick. His company is called Point 2 Design No.9016.7712. He is wonderful. So patient and totally reliable. His prices are very reasonable. He always completes work on schedule. He has worked for me on many jobs, renovations & shops. Ring him and tell him Narelle gave you his number.
