I love this guide which was given out free in the UK by our health visitor
http://www.milk.co.uk/content/resources/careers_pack/pdfs/BABY-NOSH.pdf
if you cant get to the link - go to www.milk.co.uk and then go to the downloads section and download "baby nosh" - practical guide for weaning.
- It really helped me. I also think annabel Karmel's planner is great and lots of people seem to like Gina Ford tho' I havent read her stuff on weaning.

I really like Super Baby Foods, although the woman tends to babble a bit, it is really great advice with very specific details on how to prepare and most importantly when to introduce each different food.
Also check out http://www.wholesomebabyfood.com

I have a Super BAby Foods summary -if you're interested. she also has a website so you can kind of see her philsophy - www.superbabyfoods.com
I also have the foods I introduced when, how much, and what time - it's pretty detailed for about 6 weeks - if you're interested in that let me know. i'll PM you.
