If you mean uncensored porn movies, they're illegal here. You can still find them in shifty places.

sorry- am not local.In wanchai, there is one shop along the tramline but I can't remember its name.
Another place to look is in Temple street, shops along the night market. You have to bargain if you want a better price. Cant vouch for the quality though, as I have not bought any before.
