Hi I will be starting my 4 month internship in May and I was wondering if there are any mobile phone providers that have monthly plans without an 12 month minimum contract.

Sunday has prepaid SIM cards which would work for you if you already have a phone.

Yes I already have a unlocked GSM phone. I was just wondering if there was one that included free or cheap rate web browsing or SMS messaging?

Why don't you just check the mobile phone operators' websites?

OMT - That's not true. There most certainly are "contracts". But usually only when you get a discounted or free handset with part of the deal.
