I am currently working in KL: my wife and 16 month old (Jacob) will join me in a month or so... We will have many questions but top of the list is the best way of lining up health care for Jacob.

What is the best tactic out here?

Check with your job. Most firms have health insurance in place for their employees and family. If you find that the coverage is not enough then look into getting another policy.
