I have been “caught” driving at 58 k.p.h. in a 50 k.p.h. zone by a speed camera. I never drive like a lunatic (unlike many mini bus, taxi, van drivers) and I’m miffed to say the least with my fine. In the UK and the US there are on sale radar detectors (some that use GPS) to warn drivers of speed camera locations. Does anybody know if these type of devices are available in Hong Kong and if so where?
