Will someone please direct me where to research what my legal rights are to the use of my image by my employer? In particular for their Marketing, Promotional Materials, and in-house Training Materials. Thanks

One need to be a common law trained to do such a research. I would suggest you speak to a lawyer in Hong Kong.

People research the law every day without assistance from a lawyer and often do quite well at it, especially in Hong Kong. To suggest that only a legal professional can gain insight from legal research is absurd.
