Where can I go to research if my landlord is overcharging for my power?
The power bill is mailed to MY address, so I see what the Amount Due is. My personal bill is usually about half of this amount. However, my flat is split into four apartments.
I was no math major, but this doesn't fraction out for me. Can landlords charge a 'service fee' or something for the power being under their name?
Presently, he's calculating how much we each owe by multiplying the # of meter points on the reader by 1.20.
