Anyone know why my pretty brand new air con (Toshiba, split-type) keeps having this musty smell when it's on now. It started after my helper "washed" the filter, and cleaned it. We re-washed the filter again, used those air con cleaners sprays... nothing has worked.
Any idea what I should do? Would asking the technician help ? Or it's just a simple problem that I can resolve?
