I can't seem to find one resource on the web that explains how UK expats living in China go about applying to adopt a Chinese baby. Can anyone help?

Children Adopted in China (CACH) is really for UK-based people who have adopted from China. But it has a noticeboard which may provide answers, or you can post your own questions on the subject - it's possible someone on the site adopted first and then returned to the UK.
