Am just about to commence working in HK and was wondering if anybody can advise of best places to acquire fresh produce - Fish, Meat and particularly vegetables. Are there markets on the island where regular supplies can be acquired or are the "western" style shops the only avenue to acquire both western and asian produce?

there's a wet market right in central...plenty of fresh produce daily. and plenty of supermarkets for everyone as well as upscale gourmet supermarkets.
