I how can my mom in Canada call on my mobile phone.She has my #.I asked at China Mobile.They gave me the country code and city code but mom still can't get through.Anybody have any ideas on what the problem is

Is she dialing 011 (to get outside of Canada) + 86 (China's country Code) + your number including the city/area code?

The operator in Canada informed mom becuase I was using a moble phone the call wouldn't go through.Oh well I'm setting up a skype account
