I received a flyer from my childs kinder, it's a course you can send your helper on which looks really interesting.
It's with HKPPA and held during the open play sessions (so the helper can also take the child with them).
The course covers things like guiding behaviour, boundaries, consistency etc.
I think it would be very valuable, especially where helpers are the primary care-givers

It's run by Hong Kong Pre-Schools Playgroup Association in Borret Road. The course will be held by a New Zealand woman who has all of the right teaching qualifications.
