there is a store opposite the starbucks on leighton road in causeway bay. They have loads of equipment in the window. Its on the ground floor, underneath the huge AMG sign. Let me know if you need better directions.

Well I had a treadmill once and cos it wasn't expensive, it was hard work to use. Sold it!


Joined a health club to use the latest and greatest machines. Two years membership cheaper than buying a mid-priced single treadmill, so happy with that.

Oasis sold me a Nordic for about $50K and I think Life Fitness can beat the specs on the same price.


A decent treadmill will cost. Cheaper home ones don't last if use it all the time. Use the gym ones if you are going to pound some milage and especially if you be here for long.
