There are lots of playgroups for mothers and children in DB .... aka "Delivery Bay" .... email me for my wife's contact details, she knows what is going on, check out the supermarket notice board, ask in Sunshine Kindergarten and Discovery Mind KG (1st floor Plaza) and see the mums and children in the playgrounds around and about. Also see the flood of suggestions about to appear on this topic. Have you also tried posting in the DB section of this group?

Hi and welcome. Look through the playgroup section of this website. If there's nothing for Discovery Bay in there, you can start your own post to see who would like to get together. There are SO many tots in DB; you'll find a good community.
Do you have a helper?
It's a big adjustment. Is it your first relocation?

Hi ... there is a group of moms of muliples called (surprise, surprise) "MOMS" Mothers of Multiples ... here is their website: http://www.moms-hongkong.com/ I'm not sure how many are located in DB but worth an email. Hope that helps.

We do run both a mother and baby group and a mother and toddler group at the hospital on Thursdays. A qualified health visitor facilitates and covers child development topics. It is an informal group and they all seem to have fun. It is drop in and costs $60 to cover drinks. For more information please feel free to call our Health Education Manager, Debbie on 2849 0357.
