Help needed with boat trip to Sai Kung

Just looking for a bit of guidance. I've organised a junk to take a crowd out to Sai Kung for some seafood along the waterfront (I have booked it already). We've got some children (4 & 9yrs) so just wondered where we can go once we've eaten lunch. Is there an island we can take the junk out to before heading back to Central? I've been told to allow 1 1/2 hrs to get to Sai Kung from Central.
