I live in The Bel Air development.Does anyone know of a running track near by that can be used by the public?

This lists the public sports facilities in HK.

If you've had a look around your area, you would have seen the track at Sandy Bay. It belongs to the HKU but you can join the IHP (about $4K pa) and use the facilities of the sports centre and track.

Aberdeen Sports Ground (next door to the Ocean Park Entrance) has a well-maintainted track open to the public
