I think the interiors of my sofa's large cushions have a mold problem. Is this something I can have dry cleaned or is there a furniture shop in HK that can make to order these large cushions (not throw pillows)?

Can you take the covers off? If you can, you can soak the inside of the cushions in a strong bleach solution - this should kill any active mould in the cushions. You then need to make sure they are dried thoroughly. Any mould spots will still be visible though - they just won't be alive. Your cushions will also smell of bleach - although this should be fine if you air them enough and/or can wash the bleach out completely.
Then, as R.Leung said, you need to tackle the environment problem. I find that those little plastic containers that draw the water from the air to be very effective. I usually just buy them by the lot from Price Rite and replace every 1-2 months. Inside closets, under beds, under the tv cabinet. I do not usually have a mould problem. My house is light and airy with good air flow. If your house is very damp, investment in a proper de-humidifier would be very worthwhile.
As per making more - Shenzhen would be your best bet, and I think other members could help you with this.
