These past few days our year-old Bravia LCD television screen has been displaying thin, faint pink and green vertical stripes when any of the NOW broadband channels are on, but it's fine when we're watching DVDs. The A/V quality's good apart from these stripes and there are no problems with the signal or with the other LCD television when watching NOW. Does anyone have any clues how/why they've appeared only with Broadband? Thanks!

I'd like to know too. I showed my property agent our stripes, and she says that they are not normal. She advised that we call NOW. She suspects a faulty installation as she had another quality issue with NOW until they sent a rep who remarked that the installer had done a shoddy job. Havent had a chance to call NOW yet.

We had the same problem about six months ago, i rang NOW who eventually came out and replaced the set top box which fixed the problem.

I getting this too recently. I dont think its the machine and it should be the signal.
