My husband from africa,we been married since 2004,also we have obtained marriage card,he doesn't have permenant visa,but he get 1 month staying visa every time comes to china.plz give any Adv will be appreciated.Thanks

Permanent residence is impossible in your case unless your husband has invested over $2 million dollars in China for over three years.
He can apply for a one-year "L" tourist visa based on his marriage to you, but you can only do that in Kashi. He cannot work on that visa.
Unfortunately, though, even though he is elegible to apply for a one-year tourist visa in Kashi, the Public Security Bureau may not easily give it to him. Because of the high crime rate with African nationals in China, it's possible they will make it difficult or even impossible.
Call the Public Security Bureau in Kashi to ask about the special one-year "L" tourist visas for foreigners married to Chinese citizens.

Thanks for ur Adv,but i went to Public Security Bureau in Bj along with his passport,after they checked his F visa they told me he should get L visa first then bring my Marriage card add Beijing ID,but no mentioned how long and how much?any idea.
