Trying to get hold of Fenugreek capsules - any suggestions on good Health Food shops.

Have you went to the new supermarket in Landmark ? I have never been there but heard from the newspaper that this is a shop for healthy food eg organic.

If you are using for Breastfeeding:


The stuff is amazing!! But you need to follow the instructions on how many to take to make it work.


I found the pills worked magic after 2-3 days, much better than MothersMilk tea.


I needed to take 3 pills 3 x day for it to be effective. After about 3 days, supply went up, and has stayed there. So I stopped taking after 5 or 6 days. Then about 2 weeks later supply dropped again, so I did another few days.

Not sure where you are but the pharmacy at Stanley Plaza sells big tubs of Fenugreek capsules for a lot less then I paid in Central!
