soulsister, if you are not a tea connoisseur, you are happy with the regular average quality, the oolong tea (wulong is the pinyin) is available at just any supermarkets in teabags, loose leaves or ready-to-drink bottles.

According to the MSN Encarta dictionary:

pinyin

transliterating system for Chinese: a system for transliterating written Chinese characters into the Roman alphabet, introduced in 1959 and adopted by the People's Republic of China in 1979

And I personally would not recommend Bioslim Tea, it is a laxative which can cause lots of both short-term and long-term damages to our body. Can never understand why all these ladies being so intelligent in other areas of life can be so ignorant when it comes to health and beauty. Yeah, just blame the media, the fashion world...why can't they get it, thin, skinny, and boney make you look awful and unhealthy.

drink pu erh tea. however the older ones are very expensive. if u r willing to spend about $200 plus per catty, then it should be quite good.

It is commonly believed that pu-erh/pu-er as well as green tea are both good for that. But a panacea to one can be a poison to another. It really depends on the health conditions of each individual.

Take garlic as an example. Some people eat cloves of raw garlic daily to boost their immune system and their stomach take it in with no problem. Garlic to me is something very unpleasant. My stomach can't even tolerate cooked garlic, let alone raw. I get so bloated that I feel like I am in my 2nd trimester or something. So I stay away from garlic, onions that sort of stuff.

Thanks Sylvialili to look it up for me in the dictionary. Should i drink the whole day this tea to loose some weight? or just after each meal?

generally pu erh can help to aid digestion in most people. the older tea cost so much eg for an older pu erh tea cake ie about 330g it can cost up to $60,000 plus. if u ask any chinese medical practicioner, they would say it is ok to drink old pu-erh tea regardless of your health condition. green and oolong tea is processed differently. if u have a weak stomach then make sure you only drink green, oolong, and new pu erh after your meals.

Only had 1 cup today with my lunch. Had a headache afterwards not sure if it was to do with the tea or just a coincidence, but i'd thought i'd give it a try after reading this thread.
