Hmm. Offhand I'd recommend a shop in Central on Jubilee St near Des Voeux Rd.(on Jubilee St., the same side of the street as HK-Style Cafe). Sorry, haven't got their name/address on me.
If you can see the sign w/paints posted outside the door, they're open!
