Apart from the inconvenience and cost to you with the new procedure there's really no greater chance that your cheque will be lost. But whenever making ATM deposits make sure you keep the receipt until you have seen evidence that the deposit has been credited to your account.

Most ATM's will print the pic of the cheque on the receipt so as long as you have that there is no probs at all. Nothing to worry about!

We have depostited lots of cheques this way and it is always very efficient and quick :o)
