hi, now that the Sport/ Rec thread is gone I cant search past posts. I remember reading a link recommending some personal trainers.


I'm looking for someone who can train us at home (HK island) and who is good with beginners. There was a company whose email had : IFA gmail ...

hi jojo , thanks. is Raj part of a company or an individual /freelance? I'm going to email him shortly. I understand PT cost about HKD400 per hr - would this be accurate?

hi drake, thanks much. its such a commitment, never had a pt before so really worried that i cant just tune out (in gym or group classes).

have you seen improvements and how hard was it initially? PM me if its easier.
