French lace in Hong Kong

ORIGINAL POST

I am wondering if anyone can help me. I am trying to source french lace for a dress in Hong Kong. Specifically Alencon Lace if possible. Does anyone know of a fabric shop or supplier that imports french lace into Hong Kong? Alternatively of any very good tailors that may be able to source it?

Thanks

The Alencon lace that a lot of designers are using for wedding dresses at the moment is what I am after. Whether this is real in a traditional sense or not I am not sure, but it is available perfectly legally in other countries and I am sure that someone must have access to it here.

can't remember the name of the shop - but on ice house street there is a VERY high end fabric shop - if they don't have it, I'm not sure who would.

It's on the left hand side right after Queens' ROad.

You should try Sham Shui Po, there are many shops selling laces not only from China. If you are lucky maybe you'll find the one u are looking for.
