you can't actually do it via your now t.v box, To enable you to watch the free tv channels you will have to switch the now t.v box off and choose channels 1-4 etc on your tv seperately. If its a new t.v then it should have autotune where it sets it all up for you.

Unlike in the US that free TV also comes in with cable, I think you need to have separate reception. However, most building in Hong Kong will run its own TV system. You should find a F-Pin or RF plug on one of the wall. Plug the jack to your TV RF input and tune your TV accordingly. You should get it via a regular channel, ie ch 1,2,3,4,... from TV remote control, not the NOWTV box.

Thanks to those who offered advice - will try all suggestions - it's just been frustrating trying to plug in different leads and see what channels I can get.
