i owe a bank Php15,000 but i failed to pay all,now am working abroad but dont have enough moneu yet to pay, they said the amount is now more than Php30,000 what case can they file against me and can they ask the court to deport me?

It's unlikely they would be able to have you deported as long as the money originated from a legitimate debt and not from having been involved in criminal activity.

thanks for the reply but the bank manager says to my colleagues that when i get back to my country, police people will arrest me from the airport, is that possible?
