Can you recommend a restaurant in Soho/Noho that is reasonably good value but "romantic"?
Budget = two mains, coffee, bottle of wine for around $400 (is that budget? I dunno...)
"romantic" = soft lighting, no smoking, quiet, preferably with a bit of character
Chinese/Italian/Indian/whatever - doesn't matter.
