I have been asked to go on a secondment for 6 months and have been asked what my requests are. Accomodation will be provided but my family will not be able to travel with me. Any thoughts on what I should ask for? Would a pay uplift be reasonable?

6 months:
small air shipment.
home leave every 2 months to be taken by your family instead of you coming back. (so three round trips in total)
accomodation (serviced apt or hotel with cooking facilities) - including internet and utilities.
per diem or stipend. (not to be increased when family is with you)
Monthly phone stipend or phone bill fully covered.
round trip business class for your flights and home leave flights.

This is currently in practice:
-a lump sum for settlement (eg. US 2-3k)
-Relo support to source a fully furnished
apartment in decent location( washer, dryer, kitchen utensils etc)
-1 car ( if in China/Philipines/India, then include a driver)
-per diem for daily expenses(amount will depend on location)
-tax relief
-phone & petrol allowance per mth
-medical insurance coverage in new country
-family airtickets
-tax consultant to file in your tax for the yr
shipment
