Hi, I would be doing a pgde 1 yr course form hku, what r the chances of getting into NET.How should I start looking for a job after the course is over.

I would also like to know how to apply for the esf positions after the course, would I need any proir teaching experience or just apply through adds in the newspaper.

You would most certainly need prior teaching experience and without it you will not be successful in your application. Generally they require a teaching degree, you maybe considered for a supply position once you have experience under your belt.

Thanks for the posts. I would like to know how do I do a TEFL course in hkg and what r the fees.I browsed through a few websites, but din't get a clear picture regarding hkg.
