There is a store in Sai Kung. You can get made to order. Very good price. Can't recall the name or phone number. It's near Thai restaurant and a pet store.

You can get bean bags made in Shenzhen for a fraction of the price. The other bonus is you can choose whatever fabric you want. If you go there make sure you get them to make an internal calico bag incasae you get a tear in the outer bag. The most expensive part of the bean bag is actually the polystyrine balls. The shop in Sai Kung sells them.
