Hi,
Can anyone recommend anyplace/anyone for drumming lessons for someone who is hopelessly rhythmless?
Not trying to join a rock band, just want take up the challenge of doing something that I have always been terrible at (music) and bang out my work-stress at the same time. I need an instructor that won't wring the neck of the talentless.
(The cheaper the better, since I don't have an investment banker's salary).

Agree with highdesertnow, give Kimi Musanga's Drum Jam at the Fringe Club a try.
Drumkit lessons for a beginner can be extremely frustrating particularly if you're uncoordinated and likely wouldn't help your stress to begin with (but would as you got better).
