I have a wine fridge that seems to have broken down, the light still works but it is not cool. Does anyone know of someone who can repaire a fridge? (no warrantee etc.)

If you speak Cantonese you could try ringing 2719 8771 or mobile 9098 0498 to see if this contractor (sorry, don't know his name as the receipt is in Chinese) will come to where you are. My landlord got him over to my place (in Clearwater Bay) to repair the old kitchen fridge, which had stopped cooling, a couple of weeks ago. He fixed it within an hour or so and the bill was $500.
